Before the Trip

  • Ensure you have sufficient fuel for your workday.

  • Confirm that your vehicle is in good mechanical condition to avoid breakdowns.

  • Verify the customer’s details before starting the trip (e.g., name, destination).

During the Trip

  • Always follow local traffic laws and speed limits.

  • Stay alert to road and weather conditions and adjust your driving accordingly.

  • Avoid using your phone while driving. If necessary, use a phone holder.

At the End of the Trip

  • End the trip in a safe, well-lit area.

  • In case of any fare or price disputes, politely ask the customer to contact wer2 GO Support. Do not argue or request additional payment from the customer.

Additional Safety Tips

  • Make sure you are well-rested. Do not drive if you feel tired or unwell.

  • You have the right to decline trip requests from areas you consider unsafe.

  • When driving at night, ensure your headlights are on and fully functional.

  • If you are carrying large amounts of cash, consider depositing it at the nearest ATM as soon as possible.
