Customer Lost an Item

After each trip, please check your vehicle immediately to ensure the customer has not left any personal items behind. If a lost item is found, follow the guidelines below:

  • You have 48 hours after the trip is completed to contact the customer regarding the lost item.

  • The customer also has 48 hours to contact you to recover the item. Lost items should be returned without any charge.

  • If you are unsure which customer the item belongs to, or if you are unable to reach a mutual agreement, please contact our   Support for further assistance. We will guide you on the next steps as quickly as possible.
