After each trip, please check your vehicle immediately to ensure the customer has not left any personal items behind. If a lost item is found, follow the guidelines below:
You have 48 hours after the trip is completed to contact the customer regarding the lost item.
The customer also has 48 hours to contact you to recover the item. Lost items should be returned without any charge.
If you are unsure which customer the item belongs to, or if you are unable to reach a mutual agreement, please contact our Support for further assistance. We will guide you on the next steps as quickly as possible.
