Changing the Trip Destination

Customers may change the trip destination at any time during the ride. In such cases, you do not need to cancel the trip.

Don’t worry—the fare will be automatically recalculated based on the distance traveled and time spent on the trip.

Important notes:

  • Please inform the customer that changing the destination may result in a different final fare from the original price shown at the time of booking.

  • If you deviate from the route shown in the application without a customer request, any fare difference will be deducted from your account and paid to the customer as compensation.

  • Repeated violations may result in a fine or permanent account suspension.
