After arriving at the download site, customers will be charged a wait time fee at the per-minute rate to compensate drivers for the waiting time before the start of the journey. In the event that the customer cancels the order a few minutes after the driver arrives at the download site, he will be charged based on the cancellation fee principle (not valid at the moment).

In most countries, the wait time fee starts 2 minutes after arriving at the download site
If the dynamic quote is valid, the higher fairness applies to the wait time charges
Waiting time fees are calculated automatically by the system.
