SMS Delivery Issues – Quick Troubleshooting Guide

In most cases, SMS delivery failures are caused by issues with the user’s device or network connection. Please follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

  • Ensure the phone is not roaming, as message delivery on roaming networks cannot be guaranteed.

  • Check available storage space and free up memory if needed.

  • Restart the phone and wait at least 15 seconds before turning it back on to allow proper network reconnection.

  • Try again after 30 minutes, or test with a different phone number to confirm whether the issue is device-related.

  • Switch to a different network and attempt again.

  • If the issue persists, clear the app cache/data or reinstall the application.

  • As a last step, insert the SIM card into another device to rule out hardware-related issues.
