SMS Delivery Issues – Quick Troubleshooting Guide
In most cases, SMS delivery failures are caused by issues with the user’s device or network connection. Please follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
Ensure the phone is not roaming, as message delivery on roaming networks cannot be guaranteed.
Check available storage space and free up memory if needed.
Restart the phone and wait at least 15 seconds before turning it back on to allow proper network reconnection.
Try again after 30 minutes, or test with a different phone number to confirm whether the issue is device-related.
Switch to a different network and attempt again.
If the issue persists, clear the app cache/data or reinstall the application.
As a last step, insert the SIM card into another device to rule out hardware-related issues.
