Wait Time Charges

Wait time charges apply to each additional minute after a short grace period once the Captain arrives at your pickup location. These charges are intended to compensate the driver for the time and effort spent waiting.

When wait time charges begin, you will receive a notification in the app. The charges will continue until the trip starts and the driver begins the journey to your destination. If the trip is canceled, a cancellation fee may apply instead, which is separate from the wait time charge.

To avoid wait time charges, please pay close attention to the driver’s arrival notification and be ready at the pickup point.
