Cancellation Fees
Cancellation fees are implemented to compensate Captains for the time and effort spent driving to the customer’s pickup location.
Cancellation fees apply in the following cases:
You cancel the trip more than 2 minutes after the driver has been accepted.
The driver cancels the trip request after waiting for more than 5 minutes at the pickup location.
When a cancellation fee is applied, a notification will appear in the app, and a receipt will be sent to your registered email address. These fees help maintain service efficiency, ensure driver availability, and reduce losses incurred by drivers due to delayed or canceled trips.
Notice:
Please be mindful that frequent cancellations may affect drivers’ earnings and overall service quality.
Promotional codes do not apply to cancellation fees.
