At wer2 GO, we deeply value our Captains, customers, and colleagues. Our Drivers are trusted partners who safely transport you, your loved ones, and your belongings across hundreds of cities. To maintain this high level of service and trust, please observe the following guidelines:
Be Respectful to the Driver
Greet your driver warmly with a smile and show respect throughout the ride.
Avoid loud music or speaking loudly, as these can distract the driver.
Keep the Vehicle Clean
Please do not smoke or cause damage to the vehicle. Avoid spills or stains from food and drinks, as these affect the driver, future passengers, and the quality of service.
Customers are responsible for any damages caused to the vehicle.
Payment
Pay for your trip promptly.
Ensure you have sufficient funds or request the driver to stop at an ATM if needed.
Late or non-payment may result in suspension of your account.
Use GPS and Provide Clear Directions
Always use GPS to assist the driver in locating pickup and drop-off points.
Inform the driver if you prefer a specific route.
Be Ready and Avoid Unnecessary Cancellations
Be prepared when your driver arrives to avoid delays or cancellation fees.
Drivers may cancel the trip if waiting exceeds 5 to 10 minutes.
Finding parking can be challenging; please minimize waiting time.
Show Appreciation
Thank your driver for their service.
Remove all personal belongings upon exiting the vehicle. If you forget something, rest assured our drivers are trustworthy and will return lost items to the taxi office.
If you enjoyed your ride, please give your driver a 5-star rating and consider leaving a tip.
Provide fair and honest ratings, as low ratings can affect a driver’s rewards and income.
Safety and Compliance
Safety is a shared responsibility. Do not engage in illegal activities during the trip.
Do not request the driver to break traffic laws, such as speeding or parking illegally.
Always wear your seatbelt. The vehicle’s passenger capacity is limited to the number of available seat belts.
Any illegal acts may lead to legal consequences.
