At wer2 GO, we strive to provide excellent service. Here’s what you can expect:
Ride Quality: Clean, well-maintained vehicles driven by professional drivers. Air conditioning is available when needed.
Pickup: Enter your pickup location accurately to help the driver find you easily. You can add specific instructions if needed.
Feedback: Please rate your driver after each trip. A 5-star rating and tip are appreciated for great service.
Vehicle Capacity: Drivers will only carry passengers within the legal capacity of the vehicle for your safety.
Pets: Generally not allowed, but drivers may accept pets at their discretion. Please respect their decision.
Smoking & Eating: Follow the driver’s rules regarding smoking and consuming food or drinks in the car.
Seatbelts: Wearing a seatbelt is mandatory at all times.
