If a customer cancels a flight order after you arrive at their location, a cancellation fee applies, not a wait time fee.
In general, cancellation fees apply:
If the customer requests the cancellation after minutes have passed from your acceptance of the request and you go to his site
If the customer requests cancellation after you have arrived at his site
Note :
If you do not arrive on time for the customer, cancellation fees may not apply
Cancellation fees have not been applied to a customer at the present time.
