- Captains are required to wait up to 5 minutes at the pickup location before they are allowed to cancel the trip and accept new requests.
During this free waiting period, you may contact the Captain to inform them of any delay and request additional waiting time if needed.
If the Captain cancels the trip after waiting the initial 5 minutes, a cancellation fee may apply.
